One of the main factors that influence stress is the lack of support system. Therefore, the first step is to build your own support system. Join a group or in-person weight loss program. Discuss with your friends and relatives. Try to be supportive and helping by nature. These subtle things bring joy in our lives and automatically help build our confidence level.

Well, this time, you can avoid that shop; instead go for a brisk walk for 10 minutes daily. Engage yourself in various activities and make a change in your eating habit.
